Who Should Complete the GPA Verification Form?

Read the directions on the form carefully to determine the appropriate institution to complete the GPA Verification Form.
  • If you entered UCR in the 2007-08 academic year or if you are applying to UCR as a new student for 2008-09, have your previous high school or college verify your GPA.
  • New applicants for Cal Grants who have completed at least 36 quarter units of college credit at UCR prior to Fall 2007 may bring the GPA Verification Form to the UCR Registrar's Office for completion.
  • Do not submit a GPA Verification Form if you are a current Cal Grant recipient or if you are a community college Cal Grant reserve recipient in 2007-08.
