Student "Statement of Account" reflecting winter quarter fees e-mailed to students. Financial Aid awards displayed on student accounts if:
- Awards are accepted on GROWL and loan promissory notes completed online.
- All "holds" are cleared (for past due bills, missing documents, entrance counseling, etc.)

First-time loan borrowers must complete pre-loan counseling online at www.sbs.ucr.edu by this date in order for winter loans to be disbursed by the winter fee payment deadline. |

Dec. 14
|
Deadline to pay winter fees, either online with credit card, or at the Cashier’s Office by 4:00 p.m., without a $50 late charge. All students with unpaid fees on this date will lose courses.
Deadline to apply for Deferred Payment Plan and make first winter DPP payment without late fees (see below). |

Dec. 17
|
December student “Statement of Account” e-mailed to students by the Student Business Services Office. Financial aid displayed on student account, including “Aid on Hold” (e.g., past due bills, missing documents, pre-loan counseling etc.). |

Dec. 28

First day financial aid refunds are available for those on Direct Deposit (confirm deposits with your bank). |
Jan. 3
|
Refund checks begin to be mailed to students by Student Business Services Office, for students with no "holds". |
Jan. 25
|
Last day to enroll in classes without $50 late enrollment fee. |
Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) installment payments for winter fees:
Dec. 14 First payment due
Jan. 15 Second payment due
Mar. 14 Third and final payment due
A $50 late DPP payment charge will be assessed if the first DPP payment is not made by December 14, and a $12.50 late DPP payment charge will be assessed if the second or third payments are not made when due. Note that although the DPP payments may be credited to student accounts automatically for students who have financial aid, the second and third payments are to be paid directly by the student. Applications are available at www.sbs.ucr.edu or in Student Business Services. Payments are made to the Cashier’s Office.
