What will hold up disbursement of my financial aid refund?

    • Loans that have not been accepted by the Direct Loan processor (allow at least 10 days from the date on which you submit your signed promissory note)
    • Not being enrolled in classes or being enrolled in less than 6 units if you have a Federal Direct Stafford or PLUS Loan
    • Outstanding past due balances owed to the Student Business Services Office
    • Failure to make satisfactory academic progress or to submit an academic progress appeal by the deadline
    • Holds from other departments, such as Admissions Office, Registrar's Office, or Student Business Services Office
    • Required pre-loan counseling not completed by the deadline, on the Student Business Services web site for winter or spring loan disbursements
