How Much Does UCR Cost?

At UCR, 85% of UCR undergraduate students who applied for aid were awarded aid, and 97% of undergraduate students who were awarded aid received need-based scholarships and/or grants. UCR students who borrow federal loans graduate with an average student loan debt of $21,500 – just 1/5 of the actual total cost of tuition and housing.

News

The recent Office of Management and Budget (OMB) memo regarding a temporary pause on federal funding is not expected to affect students' core financial aid. The White House and U.S. Department of Education have confirmed that critical programs like Direct Loans, Pell Grants, Federal Work-Study, SNAP benefits, and VA benefits will continue as planned.
